Cruise and Maritime Voyages (CMV)
CMV is a British owned company which was a Phoenix resurrection of the bankrupt Transocean Tours, a German company back in 2010 and is based in Essex.

With a fleet of six aged, small to medium ships it markets itself as being an ex-UK cruise line, although fly-cruise options are available on their Round The World cruises. Most of their vessels are named after explorers
To bring cruising to the masses they operate from ports around the UK, although Tilbury in London is their main departure port.
Sailings are also available from Belfast, Bristol, Cobh, Dublin, Dundee, Greenock, Hull, Liverpool, Newcastle, Poole, Portsmouth, Newcastle and Rosyth.
Having smaller vessels they do visit ports not serviced by larger cruise lines and they offer several round the UK tours during the summer months.
They also offer more short, 3-4 day cruises, than most other lines.
The majority of their sailings are "adult only", although they do have some family cruises during the summer holidays, although it should be pointed out there are no dedicated children’s facilities on any of their ships.
